Why we launched Jet IT?

Over the past 5 years, EFEX has expanded our operations to over 20 regional areas across Australia. We love country Australia, and have a commitment to continue to increase our locations and deliver relevant products and services to these areas.

 

A conversation we often hear from our local teams in the field is that our small business customers don’t need the full suite of IT Managed Services or Hosted Phone Systems, but they do need some IT Support and a simplified phone option.  So we researched what low-cost, low-touch options were available and felt there was a definite gap in the market to address the needs of small to medium Australian businesses.  After two years of dreaming and 12 months of planning, we finally launched Jet IT in Australia!

As a Managed Service Provider, we specialise in IT, Voice & Data, IT Security and Print. We currently have branches in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia and over 5,000 customers. We’re large but still local, and each branch has a strong connection to their community.

    The charging model will be based on ‘$50 per Device’. Each device must have a Remote Support Agent loaded on it at $50 each, per month.

    You can easily add an additional device for the remainder of your existing 12-month contract. However, at this time we’re unable to remove any devices until the completion of your contract.

    A supported device is:

      1. A Windows or Mac computer, server or laptop with an operating system under current manufacturer support. 
      2. It is also a firewall or a NAS.

    1. Our entry-level $25 phone product includes a ‘softphone’ license, which means you can use your existing smartphone or desktop computer to take business calls. We also have a range of compatible handsets available to lease or buy, starting at $10/month.
